How does the subscription work?
Your subscription gives you 8 delivery slots.

Each delivery day uses one slot, whether or not an order is placed.
Delivery slots are tied to our delivery schedule (currently Tuesday and Saturday).
When do I need to place my order?
Orders must be placed by 6pm the day before delivery.
Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered on the next available delivery day.
What happens if I forget to order?
If no order is placed before the cut-off, that delivery slot expires and cannot be recovered.
This helps us plan baking and keep the service simple and reliable.
Can I order in advance?
Yes, you can order in advance.
At the moment, orders are always assigned to the next scheduled delivery day
(Tuesday or Saturday), based on the 6pm cut-off the day before delivery.
Ordering for specific future dates is not available yet.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time.
Unused delivery slots are not refunded, as bakery production is planned in advance.
Are delivery days always the same?
Delivery days are fixed and may change in the future.
Any updates will always be communicated in advance.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
Morning deliveries can be left in a safe place, if agreed in advance
