1. Who controls your data
Maksym Dolia trading as Morning Delivery is the data controller. This Policy explains how personal data is handled during bill review, referral and switching assistance.

2. Personal data we collect
Depending on your enquiry, we may collect:
- first name and last name;
- email address, telephone number and county;
- selected service, current supplier, tariff and contract information, and the approximate date of your last switch;
- the contents of an uploaded bill;
- your correspondence with Morning Delivery and other information you provide with the enquiry.
A bill may contain personal data, the property address, MPRN or GPRN, account number or other account details, tariff and contract information, and consumption history.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to review your bill and current tariff, identify available options, contact you and, where necessary, assist with a possible switch.
- Steps at the customer’s request: handling your enquiry to provide bill review, referral and switching assistance.
- Consent: used where required, including sharing relevant information with partners and suppliers.
- Legitimate interests: limited business record-keeping, managing and protecting the business, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
- Legal obligations: retaining records and meeting other requirements imposed by law.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time. This does not affect earlier lawful processing, but may limit our ability to check options or assist with a switch.
4. Who we may share data with
Morning Delivery may share enquiry data and uploaded bills with authorised utility switching or comparison partners, currently including Selectra, and relevant electricity, gas or broadband suppliers where necessary to check available options or arrange a requested switch.
The partner network may change according to the selected service and offers available at the time; Selectra is not the only possible partner. Technical suppliers, including the email provider, website hosting provider and analytics provider, may process data only to provide their services.
5. Bills, email and retention
Uploaded bills are not stored in the website’s permanent storage. They are sent and processed through Morning Delivery’s business email and may be retained there and in relevant partners’ systems. Morning Delivery uses reasonable safeguards, but transmission over the internet or by ordinary email cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Enquiries, correspondence and bills are normally retained for no more than 12 months after the last customer contact, then deleted or anonymised unless longer retention is required by law or for a legal claim. Financial, tax and commission records may be retained longer where required by law.
6. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads only after a user selects “Accept analytics”. GA4 does not load before consent and remains disabled after “Necessary only”. See our Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Irish data protection law, depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, email mdolia@morningdelivery.ie.
8. Complaints and applicable law
The GDPR and Irish data protection law apply to this processing. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. The date of the last update is shown at the beginning of this Policy.
