Data controller / owner: Maksym Dolia, sole trader trading as Morning DeliveryBusiness address: Mahon’s Lane, Strabraggan, Arigna, Co. Roscommon, Ireland

2. The service and Morning Delivery’s role
Morning Delivery provides bill review, referral and switching assistance. Morning Delivery is not an electricity, gas or broadband supplier. The final supply contract is made directly between the customer and the relevant supplier.
3. Market scope and availability
Morning Delivery is not a CRU-accredited price comparison website and does not claim to compare the whole Irish market.
Morning Delivery does not necessarily compare every supplier or tariff available in the Irish market. Options depend on the suppliers and tariffs available through our authorised partners at the time. Offer availability also depends on customer eligibility and current market conditions. Savings are not guaranteed.
4. Customer decision and checks
The customer decides whether to switch. Before entering a contract, the customer should check the final price, unit rates, standing charge, contract and discount duration, exit fee and all terms of the relevant supplier.
5. Free review and commission
The initial bill review is free for the customer. Morning Delivery may receive a referral or commission payment from a switching partner or utility supplier if a customer proceeds with an eligible service. This does not create an obligation to switch.
6. Information and responsibility
The customer should provide accurate, complete information. Morning Delivery will exercise reasonable professional care but, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for provider tariff changes, incorrect or incomplete bill information, offer unavailability or third-party actions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
7. Complaints
Complaints should first be sent to mdolia@morningdelivery.ie. Morning Delivery will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
8. Governing law
Irish law applies. Disputes are subject to the competent Irish courts without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
9. Updates
These Terms may be updated when the service, partnership model or legal requirements change; the current version is published here.
